TIMATIBO Shop Policies

Your satisfaction with TIMATIBO products is my first priority. I do my best to give you as much information as possible about each piece in my listings. 

However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within one week of receipt.


Any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be returned in their original gift box, unworn and at your expense within 14 days from the day you received them. 

When are Returns/Refunds not Accepted?

I will not accept pierced earrings returns for reasons of hygiene.

I will not accept returns of custom made items – Custom made sales are final. These are specially made to specific orders and I will not be able to resell.

Remember that shipping costs, import taxes, and other duties will be under your responsibility.

Repairs and Faulty Products:

Despite all efforts to avoid damage to a piece during shipment, should you receive a damaged item, I am happy to repair it for you at no extra cost. Please let me know when you send such an item.

Shipping policies:

By default, all items are shipped by Eco-Post service with a tracking number to: United States, Canada, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Ireland, Brazil, Denmark, South Korea, Hong Kong, Greece, Japan, Norway, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, Thailand and Australia. 

To all other countries items are shipped by Registered Mail with a tracking number.

I do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping so if you don’t wish to take that risk, please let me know and I will purchase additional insurance from the post office. This will be added to your total bill.


For normal sales in standard price, every item comes in a gift box depending on its size. From time to time, I declare items or grouped items sales. In such sales, a number of ordered items could be packed together in one package.

If you would prefer a specific packaging, let me know what exactly you have in mind and I will do my best to match expectations. 

Shipping Time

When I have sufficient materials required for an item in stock, I ship within 1 to 3 working days when your order is received; I will let you know via Email or other text notification system when your order has been shipped. Please allow an extra day or two if there is a public holiday.

When Part or parts of items are not in my immediate stock, I will notify you how long it will take for me to get these items manufactured and when I expect your order to be completed. Should you wish to cancel an order partially, or full, I will be happy to do so and refund your account.

Transit time defers from country to country. Allow 3 to 5 days for Israel delivery and about up to 21 working days days for Standard international deliveries.

The Eco-Post Express takes between 10 to 14 working days for most locations in mentioned countries, however, this is not guaranteed. Some shipments took only a few days and some more than four weeks.

When I need to custom make an item (or which is not in stock), please add a week or two to the above shipping time.

I will be happy to use EMS service from Israel for an additional fee charged by the Post Office. With this service, it may take between 3 to 8 working days to most locations. 

If you really want the item/s to go the fastest way, upgrade to EMS service. This service is the fastest.

Please note that the quality of postal services may vary from place to place, country to country. I have no control over local postal services; However, I will invest best endeavors in tracking packages. During festive seasons (such as Christmas – New Year), or during hectic sales periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc), delayed postal services are expected worldwide.

Please note that import taxes may be applied to any shipment with goods depending on customs rules and regulations in each country. The customer (buyer) is responsible for any shipping costs including taxes, levies or fees.

I can not predict such extra costs and strongly recommend for any customer who purchases goods online to contact his/her relevant authorities and verify which taxes and duties may apply and prepared to meet them when the shipment arrives.

In some countries, customs processes may also cause delays in delivery. I have no control over these proceedings.

Unclaimed Parcels

When an order was shipped out and unclaimed by the recipient, in most cases the relevant postal office will return it to the sender (not in all cases). In such a case where I receive a returned order I will immediately contact the customer advising him or her about the returned goods and seek an appropriate solution:

1. Resend to same/new address for shipment costs

2. Full or Partial refund, depending on the nature of items and their condition
